The phone page does not open

Point your phone camera at the code on the TV and tap the link that appears. No camera app? Open the address shown on the TV in your phone's browser and type the 6-letter code.

The TV says it cannot reach its service

Check the TV is connected to the internet. TVDrop tries again by itself; you can also press Try again.

The code has expired

A code lasts a few hours. Press New code on the TV.

Which files work?

Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF), videos (MP4 and most phone videos), PDFs, links and notes. Up to 500 MB per file, 2 GB with a free account.

Is it private?

Only a phone with your TV's code can send to it. Files are deleted automatically — see the privacy policy.
